Refunds.

Changed your mind? No worries! if you have purchased a stock item you can cancel your order at any time from the moment you place your online order, up until 14 days from the day you receive your goods. Just let us know that you wish to cancel your order within this time period by emailing us at robertleons@me.com 

You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods. All items for refund must be ‘as new’, in unworn condition with tags attached. You will receive your refund within 14 days of returning the item and its passed inspection.

 

Deposits

Deposits for bespoke creations are non refundable. This is to cover admin as well as the time spent gathering everything needed to fulfil your requested drum, rattle or flute. If you wish to return a bespoke creation, you will be refunded for the price of the item minus the cost of the deposit.

 

Additional Info :

-The cost of postage for returns must be covered by the customer.

-Items for return and exchange must be ‘as new’, with tags attached (faulty items are exempt from this clause).

-We recommend you get proof of purchase when returning or exchanging any item.
